About Elizabeth Caton
The company is run by two sisters, one of whom graduated from the Prue Leith cookery school with student of the year. Following extensive experience working in different establishments – from Michelin starred restaurants to renowned cookery schools – Elizabeth and Charlotte returned to their home town of Brighton to start their own catering company.
We use only free range meat and eggs, have fabulous vegetarian options and source our ingredients as locally as possible. Flavour is always our top priority, and our dishes always look as beautiful as they taste.

Delicious food, excellent service
Elizabeth Caton's team were excellent when they provided food for a party for us. They worked out a great menu that went with our party theme. The food and service were fantastic.
Really good food, great service
Elizabeth Caton's food was really good, tasted fantastic & presented beautifully.
We had canapes for a 50th birthday party at home. The service was polite, discreet and food & drinks were served at regular intervals so no one was without a drink at any time.
They did a great job serving drinks and ensured no one was without drinks at any point. At my request they also made up jugs of a couple of cocktails to serve, and use at the vodka luge, for those that didn't want neat vodka. One of their servers also kindly managed the drinks at the luge.
They are highly recommended and we will definitely use again.
Amazing food and service
