About Galley Slaves
With our large variety of catering equipment and experience, we are able to offer complete party or wedding catering.
Perhaps you just wish to book fish and chips for a small garden party or an ice cream bicycle for dessert at your wedding.
The fun units we have available are fish and chip van, hog roast, ice cream bicycles, burger vans, BBQs, pie and mash, Mexican and Italian. We also offer more formal dining with hand-carved meats and salmon or wonderful afternoon teas.

Everything run like clockwork and food tasted good
Karen responded quickly to our questions. We were sceptical about feeding 100 people in 30 minutes but the two ladies managed it, even cooked some unexpected extra sausages. The long distance they traveled to us from Rougham in Suffolk to Fullbridge, Essex was not an issue. Would recommend them.
