Our Crepes and Galettes are always prepared from special recipe using Organic Buckwheat Flour for Galettes and Stoneground White Organic Flour for Crepes.
All prepared from scratch in front of customer using freshest fruit and veggie as either sweet or savoury option.
Our Flour is milled in Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire.
All ours fruit and veggies (MUSHROOMS, LEMONS, SPINACH, ROCKET, GINGER, TOMATOES, STRAWBERRIES, BASIL, PINEAPPLES…) are fresh!
Dairy products, fruit and vegetables we always try to source as local as possible, and eggs are always free range. Ham is a good quality ham from our butcher in Gloustershire.
Savoury crepes are made of buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is one of most versatile whole grains, which is good for your cardiovascular system, protects against heart diseases, lowers risk of diabetes, and is also very nutty and rich in flavour.
Sweet crepes are made of stoneground white organic flour topped with vanilla, and some of our deserts are real treat.
With prizes from £3.50 up to £5.50, our menu offers something for every pocket. But our meals are all healthy, made of fresh and nutritious ingredients. Also, our crepes and galettes are good to eat any time of the day or night!
Great food is always our priority, but also we have a system in place how to minimize our impact on the environment by recycling most of our waste. All the plates, forks and knifes we use are made of biodgradeble materials.
Our team has 11 years of trading experience at festivals as such as Glastonbury, Womad, Rhythms of the World, Southwell Folk Festival, Sunrise, Download, Secret Garden Party, Lovebox, Wickerman, Thames Festival, T in the Park... Our beautiful marquee always looks fun, and our team is always professional and friendly!
Our pure fruit juices are pressed at small farm in Kent from delicious Kentish fruits.
