Fantastic service

We had Julie here for my sons 4th birthday party and we were very impressed with her, she turned up early to set up. Her designs were really good. She did the kids faces and anyone who didn't want their face done she did a design on there arm, she also did a few of the adults. Julie also did balloon making for the kids and they loved that. Everyone had a great time and all commented on how good Julie was and how lovely she was. Will definitely book her again.

Poor and unprofessional service-disappointing.

The supplier used inappropriate language and attire, and also went missing for aprox. 40 minutes. We were disappointed with the service, would not use again.

The event was not busy because it was advertised poorly. There was no actual event, people didn't know I was upstairs in the venue. The person I spoke with didn't actually attend the event and I was not aware of this. I actually spoke to the staff nicely, we had conversations, which I initiated. I was pleasant, I asked questions like, “How long have you (as a business) been here? This is nice, it's all been done up well". I had to move my car as I was not willing to receive a fine, which would have been the case. I can't afford to pay fines like that as I am sure you would feel the same too. I was never told about the parking before the event. As a Face Painter I am creative and can wear what I like. If they didn't like what I was wearing that’s fine. However, do I did not use inappropriate language, I am always pleasant to everyone. I was nice to the staff, tried to make more conversations than they did, I was even pleasant at the end. I am an upstanding citizen, I do numerous charity events and church work. 40 minutes is possibly an exaggeration too. I was not informed about any of these complaints until now, I would have preferred to have had a conversation prior to resolve any issues.
