Ask the provider what experience they have in the field. If the equipment is fully PAT tested this ensures it is safe for people to use to a high standard. Ask the provider if they are fully insured and for how much. Find what they offer, for how much and what is included but also what is not. Ask their advice on what equipment you think they need for your event. After all, they are the experts.
