What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Is the bouncy castle company fully insured? This is a must when hiring inflatables. Ask how long have they been trading for and see if they have good reviews across social media. Do they have extensive knowledge in the field in which they are operating?

London's Bouncing started over a coffee with a friend 5 years ago and since then we have grown and learnt so much from our experience in providing the best customer service.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had many bookings through Add to Event. Some of our best customers come from this platform and they have given us strength to grow. The best job we had was about 2 hours from our base, we received the most excellent feedback from this customer and they praised us for weeks after the event. We had a last minute booking by them as they had another provider cancel. We pride ourselves in customer service so we do not let anyone down.
