To be able to give a quote on your event we will need to know the following information. Location, Date, Time
How many are attending? Electricity/water supply on-site and whether is it indoor or outdoor?
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the supplier what menu options are available and whether they can cater to all dietary needs. If you wanted a different menu see if this can be achieved. Do you require hot, cold foods or both? Are drinks also needed for your event?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my business over 5 years ago. At the time my children were young and I struggled with childcare. I had the idea of opening my own catering unit and have enjoyed every single second. I have a passion for food and cooking. But most of all I have loved my customer and the service I provide for them. Meeting new people at all different events has been the most pleasurable thing involved with my job.
