For us to provide an accurate quotation for your event, we would require the event date along with the delivery and collection postcode and any special delivery or collection requests i.e same day delivery and collection. We would then also require the items that are needed for your event and the quantities (these can be amended up until 2pm the day before your order is due to go out). From there our team can put together a quotation to suit your needs for your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, check with the provider about any hidden fees and to make sure what they see on their quotation is what they will pay for the hire. We would also recommend checking the deposit that is needed for the order as these can vary from place to place and on the cost of the hire. Also checking the replacement cost if any items are lost or broken so that the customer is aware of the charges before they commit.

Hallmark Catering is a leading catering equipment hire company in South East London with over 40 years experience in the hire industry. After working for other hire companies over the years our director felt that the industry needed something different and so became Hallmark Catering starting in 1992 and 25 years on, we are still going strong. We pride ourselves on offering a great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are there to help with the finishing touches for our customers events.

We get lots of leads through Add to Event that often lead to firm orders, our latest one was for a wedding and we were so pleased that we could be of assistance to the bride and groom's happy day! Everything went smoothly and they were so pleased that we could provide everything they needed which took so much pressure of them and their day.
