What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Hola , we want to help you take away the stress of you organising your event. The most important things we need to know are, How many guests are attending your event? How did you see the bar running? Cash bar , Token System or Bottomless till the end? We can design any event to any budget and will always help with making it work with what you want.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, I'd ask the provider about their previous events, their previous clients what personal touches did they make which made their events special. We like to tailor event to our clients, that can be through our cocktail menu, presentation, sponsorship or getting their favourite cider all the way from Somerset.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

TKI Fridays started as a fun portable bar service for corporate events, to put the fun back into office parties and take over the work space. No matter the size of the office we'd rock up on Friday with your favourite cocktails and craft beers and leave you with an experience like no other. With what started out to be office parties we have now planned and provided for Product Launches, Birthday's and even Weddings.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I receive many bookings through Add to Event and my favourite was our first Wedding. 200 guests with champagne cocktails on reception and themed tiki cocktails through out the day and night. It was our largest event to date with many operational duties, all of which went off without a hitch (unusual for a wedding) . This was in a beautiful space within the church grounds. The events I get now range from personal in-house parties to event organisers for large well-established companies.
