The Blind Tiger story starts back in 2018, when a broke backpacker wandered into a Manchester cocktail bar. CV in hand and holes in his pockets, he was hired on the spot by the charming manager on duty. After many long shifts and cocktails shaken, a work-place romance began to blossom. A few years later, Emma and Guy launched Blind Tiger Events, a mobile bar and events company based in the North East of England.
Emma is the face of Blind Tiger, in charge of day-to-day operations. She loves running the events, planning weddings, decorating birthday parties, coordinating corporate functions and wowing black-tie balls. Guy is the functionality behind the scenes. You will find him buried in spreadsheets, calculating Blind Tiger's recipes and stock levels. The Blind Tiger mobile bar has been built with the perfect balance of functionality and style; we aim to be both efficient and spectacular.
