What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote for you, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event you are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and a potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment design to ensure we make the event special for you.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In order to quote correctly, we need to know if you have a theme idea? What colours you are thinking off, the general vibe you want to achieve from the decorating of the event. We can create various mood boards for you to assist in getting the final touches correct for you so please give as much information as you can so we can bring your event to life.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
At Last Events was established in 2013 by husband and wife team Sharon & Gavin Creates-Webb. Having both spent many years in the creative display and events industry. During that time both had worked on major events throughout the UK and have dressed many major shopping destinations such as Regent Street, Oxford Street, Bond Street, as well as working with major retailers such as Harrods, Gap, Gant, H & M on their visual displays. We have also dressed the homes of many celebrities for private parties and Christmas Decorations. Sharon and Gavin are both very passionate about their work. We work with a small team and love bringing the finer details to events that we work on, bringing the event to life.
