What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We require a fixed event date. An explanation of the type of event, ie a wedding, birthday party, private catering. Estimated number of guests, information on the venue type (indoor-outdoor, amenities - water, electricity).
We personalise and tailor each menu according to the wants of the customer, so an idea of the type of food, favourite foods etc for the customers is ideal.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get a full understanding of the type of food they serve and how they serve it. Always question the provenance of ingredients to ensure you get the best quality for your budget. Check reviews online and on Add to Event.

We started the business to give people catering they can rely on, from Street Food to Fine Dining.
Our Modern Welsh menus are all tailored specifically to the wants and needs of the customer, working backwards from the availability of Organic Welsh Produce.
Our focus is around sourcing the best possible ingredients we can according to the season. We have built up a network of small scale organic farming local to our area, with real efforts towards sustainable, zero-waste and environmental farming. Bridging the gap between farm and fork, supporting local business and driving change inside the industry.

We have had numerous bookings through Add to Event, ranging from small birthdays to large wedding events.
