What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to drive the best possible service, please let us know what service you'd like, how many people you have attending the event and any budget you're working to. Whilst we have packages that are available to buy off the shelf, if you'd like us to provide a bespoke service, we're happy to do this for you!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find out what experience your provider has in the area in which they operate. Whilst we have two very different services we offer, one business partner has pool plant experience which comes in handy for hot tubs and the other is a professional photographer, videographer and graphics designer - between the two of us we supply services that we're expert in. Ask questions of your prospective service provider - if you're happy that they know what they're doing, they're professional and happy to help - book with them!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Jonathan and Jon came together to create Tub Party. Starting off with Hot Tub Hire, we got awesome feedback from our customers about how detailed and professional we were - we really do believe in making the experience we supply an amazing one! The opportunity arose to purchase an inflatable Photo Booth, and due to Jonathan's involvement in the wedding industry, we decided to add this.
We want to provide the very best party experience, and with us, at your event, you can be assured of fun, professionalism and attention to detail!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had MANY bookings through Add to Event, hardly any of our bookings are completed with the basic information supplied to us from the customer. We've been invited to supply a tub for a 4-year-old birthday party - the inflatable balloon and birthday card we threw in really helped our customer know that they made the right choice when booking us.
