This will help you to gather information on the suppliers customer reviews, and whether they are a highly recommended business. It is also important to check whether the supplier has public liability insurance and how much cover this provides. You should also check other factors, such as whether the suppliers are trained in water management. This is so you know the correct water procedures are being followed, when it comes to hiring out your hot tub.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started the business, because we wanted to focus on a new venture. We are already an established bathroom company, who specialises in the installation of walk-in baths and showers, as well as specialised products for the less abled. However, we wanted to also focus on hot tubs as well, as we have numerous years of experience in the hydrotherapy industry.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are extremely happy with how the Add to Event platform has helped to establish our business. We started the business in January of this year, and have already had numerous bookings through Add to Event. 70-80% of bookings, have been generated from this platform and we are very impressed! From Add to Event, we have developed strong customer relationships and we also have a festival event coming up where we will be providing numerous hot tubs!. We would definitely recommend the platform to others, and we will continue to use Add to Event to help promote our business further.
