What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable quote for the ideal hot tub solution.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the provider about the product they are offering, I wouldn't want my hair cut by someone who didn't know much about hair so why hire a hot tub from someone who knows little about the hot tubs and their requirements. Ask the provider about their insurance and what experience they have in hiring hot tubs. I would also ask about the how the hot tubs are cleaned and what chemicals they use to make sure they are safe for use.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Hydro Hot Tubs started a little over a year ago we wanted to offer superior service in an industry not many people are aware of or know much about. We went about sourcing hot tubs that are reliable and fit the needs of the customer. We also made sure our staff were trained in not only customer service but also the setting up of the hot tub and making sure it is safe for the customer before use.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We had a last minute booking who had been let down by a supplier. This was for a hen party which is obviously a very special and memorable occasion. We went all out to help the bride to be who you can imagine was very upset and without Add to Event they would not of found Hydro hot Tubs and had a very special Hen Party.
