What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
It is always essential we have a rough idea of how a customers plans for their event to run on the day. A date, times, guest numbers and of course a brief explanation are all good starting points. The more details we have, the more personal we can make the quote as it will be based solely on your event and not other peoples!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, it's always good to ensure the staff on the day will be aware of what they're doing - providers which are happy to provide assistance before the event are much more likely to care about the overall success of your event rather than their special area. Secondly, if you need a mobile bar, ensure that the license will be sorted out early. You should always ask to see it beforehand. Lastly, ensure the staff know what they're serving. If their skills and equipment are not up to scratch then it's much better to find out beforehand rather than on the day!

Big Apple Events was formed from the teams love of events! We have helped create many unique and wonderful experiences. Our team has years of experience all working towards the same overall ambition and each client is unique, so we believe their events should be too!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Our first booking involved a mobile bar setup for a corporate client. You'd be very surprised at some of the well known brands and clients who have used Add to Event in the past. The event went very well and we received a great review by the client on the day. We all know how customers love to be highly critical when writing reviews but we scored full stars on all aspects of the event! We would definitely recommend Add to Event.
