What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to host the perfect service, we ideally need the date of the event, the type of event, as well as details of the venue including postcode, a rough number of guests attending and whether they would like any extras such as table wine packages, reception drinks or pre-paid bar tabs for their guests. With this, we can put together a competitively priced yet always outstanding service and quote the best price we possibly can for our clients.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the supplier you are looking to hire are experts in their field. You may be tempted to hire your bar from whoever is supplying your catering, however they may be great chefs or are well priced, but they may not have the experience in drinks and bartending/floor service that will make the day stand out. Running a great drinks service is what we do best, so don't overlook hiring a dedicated bar and team just because it may make your food a little cheaper.

We have been working in top bars, cocktail bars and high end drinks service all of our lives - it's what we do best. We wanted to bring the professional bartending and cocktail service out of the bars and deliver it to people getting married in the most unusual places such as tipi's and marquees, country houses and homes so they would get the same drinks, spirits and service they would get if they went into a high end bar in the city. With our knowledge, equipment and expertise in cocktails and drinks, we can provide a standout service that your guests will remember. Rather than the basic standard bar service offered commonly by others. That's why we started the 5 Star Bar Company! Our setups, training, staff and drinks are the best you could possibly find in a mobile bar!
