What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To get a precise quote I will need the wedding location, how many locations will be on the day, what time will start and finish your booking and if you would like photos package,photos +wedding film package or full package with photos+film and album. Depending on the date of the wedding, as well as winter weddings, are a tiny bit cheaper than normal seasons events
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Few tips for Brides & Grooms on picking their photographer and videographer. Always ask about the equipment, its true, when they say cameras etc are just tools for a job and the skill, is definitely the most important part but beginner photographers tend to have cheap gear. You don't see a new photographer bringing 20k in equipment like myself.
Also, it's important to your photographer must have high quality back up cameras and ad cards. Accidents definitely happen at weddings and its extremely important for photographers with quality back up. Look for their reviews and see if they have the style you looking for.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
My father was an amateur photographer so I was always keen at a young age. I used to do a lot of sports events manly and around 11 years ago I did try a wedding and loved it. It is just amazing the positive vibe we get from a wedding day, the laugh, the tears and the overall day. So I really enjoy being part of this. This platform is just awesome! Good customers and the platform, in general, is very smooth. The fees are fair and I'm happy I found them. One of the best weddings I had was a booking for a summer wedding at Beaumond De Vere in Windsor. The couple was just awesome and super easy going (Michael &Shaya) the party was limited to 15 due to the current situation but was all good. Lovely summer day, hot, beautiful venue and super close from home :) Great day!
