They have a passion for their business and share a couple of suggestions for when you may be thinking of hiring a pizza van for your event.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide the right quote for our customer we need to know how many people will be attending, location, and what kind of services they need for us to to be able to deliver the best service we can.
After that Altieri will worry about the rest.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our suggestion is to book somebody you know is experienced and with the knowledge about what they doing of course. Check the reviews and ask about experience. Also, our suggestion is to ask if they will do an inspection before the party starts, this is why we get to the venue at least 3 hours before.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started this business because of our passion in this industry. After 19 years in restaurants and hotels, we decide to deliver to this beautiful country as is England, a bit of Italy where we come from. We can now serve our pizzas at many different places and events.
