What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote the most important information starts with the date, the type of event and venue and finally the amount of guests. The number of guests can be an estimate at this stage but the more accurate the better.
Once we have all of this information we can tailor or services to your needs and create the perfect package for you.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to us about your event and what you have envisaged. We have loads of experience with over 300 weddings under our belt. We can advise you on the most efficient and cost effective way of serving your guests and most importantly minimizing on any food waste.
Presentation? is your supplier well presented, clean and ready to wow your guests. Having food cooked in front of you is all part of the show so make sure it looks the part.
Wood fired Pizza is something that takes a lot of time and skill to do properly, so make sure your supplier has the correct equipment and that it is suitable to serve the volume of guests. you don't want people queuing when they should be dancing
Ask your supplier about the menu, Why they choose certain products over others. Quality indigents that your supplier is passionate about is always better value for money.
Finally, Health and Safety Make sure the supplier is registered and has a 5 star rating, insurance and risk and method statements. all reputable suppliers can supply these to you or your venue free of charge.

The Alpine Pizza Co Was started with a passion for food and customer service, Weddings and corporate catering is where we began and it's my favourite environment to work, Cooking in a kitchen is one thing but cooking in front of people who are eating your food is a real game changer connecting the chef with the customer in a relaxed and fun environment, its harmony.
I wanted to find a way to be customer-facing and cooking incredible pizza and this was it.
