What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a competitive and comprehensive quote, we ideally need to know a brief overview of the event, the number of people attending, the venue information and the technical requirements (for stage hire a rough size would be useful). From this information, our great customer service team will put together a quote that is tailored to you and your event. A quote will then be sent over to you within 24 hours of your request.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing is that the business you're booking with cares about their customers. I wouldn't ever book a service or hire anything from a business that cares more about the money than their customers. We are all looking for event specialists and to be a true event specialist, customer service has to be at the heart of what the business does.
