What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
I would need to know the event date, exact timings and a brief but concise explanation of the event. I would need to know the approximate number of guests, so I can advise how many staff are needed. It is also important to know the exact location to factor travel time and costs.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to look for provider's that are in their budget and that caters specifically to their type of event. Also, see where they are located and how far they are willing to travel for the event.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have always loved attending events and organising them. I spotted there was a niche in the market for experienced hospitality staffing, who are British speakers and fully versed in their field.
