He helped set it up and when our intended media player didn't work he went out and sourced a DVD player for us. Given the rush in setting up this party on the day this was fantastic help. Peter was very professional and thoroughly helpful throughout the planning process sending prompt replies to all communications in the lead up to the event. On the day the projector we had requested could not be used but he had a backup solution which worked very well and garnered nothing but praise from all of our guests.
