We are Minamo Foods, Japanese food caterer based in London.
Run by all Japanese staff, we can offer Hand Roll Sushi or Cup Ramen Shop. Hand Roll Sushi would be the best for casual party or fun events as Sushi can be carried out by hands unlike sit down events. Cup Ramen shop can be suited for external events to add Japanese taste, especially for vegetarians because these cup noodles do not contain physical fish or meat even though the sauce mix does contain the small portion of sardine or bonito as the essence of soup base.

We could cover the area which can be reached within 2 hour drive from London and do require electricity and water supply. For Hand Roll Sushi, it would be better to have booth or space internally. For Cup Ramen shop, it can be both internal or external.

Japanese caterer can open up more selection of food along with traditional food caterer such as burgers or fish and chips!
