A new york street food deli, selling seriously stacked, home-smoked pastrami sandwiches
Inspired by the monster stacks served in New York’s finest deli’s, we're bringing Reuben's sandwich to London street food scene.
We brine prime beef brisket in salts and spices for 10 days, before rubbing, and then smoking in English cherry wood to make the finest pastrami this side of the pond. Alongside the generous wedge of salty, smokey, spiced meat we serve sauerkraut, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese which slowly melts over toasted sourdough. This labour of love is time consuming, but our refined recipe and technique make our sandwich a protein lover’s dream!
Our setup & identity references the New York deli vernacular without becoming a pastiche and gives us stand out in markets (including KERB and Urban Food Fest), festivals and private functions.
