We are one of very few hog roast companies using a traditional spit over open wooden braziers. There are many benefits to this as it provides a fabulous visual impact as the hog rotates over licking flames, roasting and smoking slowly into a beautiful crackling feast. The same smell, flavour and visual impact cannot be gained using a stainless steel gas cooking rig. Our rig has been designed and proven by us, to get the best possible results and we are available 365 days a year and will tackle any venue. We believe we are the best hog roast company, custom made hog roast equipment, traditional open baskets burning only oak and ash, best quality meat from our approved supplier which is cooked from fresh to perfection to your time table.
Our service includes a free range pig, the fire wood for the cooking which takes up to 10 hours for a large pig, and our experienced pig man to do the roasting, carving and serving.
