About Alp Mac
Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no thing as too much cheese because of this we use a 4 cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni & cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is grilled macaroni cheese.
Served from our 1974 Mercedes Hanomag food truck this is bound to be a real talking point with your guests!
We are proud to have been voted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd best street food in Bristol in 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively by Bristol 247. Shortlisted in the Roaming Kitchens Category at the 2019 Crumbs Awards.
