Great food and great service
Brian provided the food for a Birthday party at home for 35 people. Communications beforehand were straightforward and prompt. We had canapés, which almost every guest raves about, a hot fork buffet and his mini dessert selection. All the food was wonderful and beautifully presented. Brian was ready to serve just 30 to 40 minutes after arriving and was very flexible with timings. We paid a little more for extra help on the night and the lady was absolutely wonderful. She had everything running so smoothly and the guests loved her. It was wonderful to have all the plates, cutlery and glasses tidied up and taken away at the end leaving me to enjoy my guests. He even left the extra food - which I am still eating the day after.
