About Bonni's Pizza
From our converted Rice horse box we serve genuine Neapolitan pizzas. Our dough contains only flour, sat and water. Using Caputo flour we naturally ferment our sourdough for a minimum of 24 hours giving it a unique depth of flavour. All our bases are hand stretched to produce the classic Neapolitan floppy middle and big light airy crusts.
During the week we can be found around Chester selling our pizzas. Look out for our distinctive black and white horse box. The weekends are free for your private events/parties.
