Charles provided everything he said he would and so much more! We are originally from the service industry, it was important this day was right, he and his team surpassed our expectations for our day. The food was delicious, it was served and looked professional. The scones to our surprise were made and baked in situ, our guests devoured them. The Hog roast, baps, apple sauce, salads were supreme!
All we can say to Charles and his family is a huge 'Thank you', we were bowled over by your courteousness, professionalism and quality of product.
Would we recommend him? A resounding yes, he gave us the confidence to relax and enjoy our time with our friends and family.
