Coconut Enterprises has processed coconuts since 1990 into various products. Each division of the company has supplied it’s products on numerous projects worldwide. This is what is different and unique about " The Akwill " Signature cuisine.

We now use the coconut husk and process this as bbq pellet fuel used with the Akwill BBQ Smoker. The fuel is ‎totally sustainable as it doesn't involve the chopping down of any trees. Our equipment is designed with a fat bucket which removes the fat from food but preserves the taste of the food. The "coco fuel" is manufactured and designed to work with the Akwill BBQ equipment to give a healthy, tasty smoked bbq food experience prepared by our trained award winning chefs for all the signature dishes on our menus used at various events.

This style of BBQ Smoked food is different from others available on the market for so many reasons. Our chefs can travel anywhere nationwide to deliver the smoked food experience by preparing freshly smoked smoked signature dishes using our smoking equipment at the event. The light smoke from the fuel and ease of use of our modular smokers ensures that the right amount of food can be prepared for any event with the minimum hassle..This is not to mention the wonderful taste of the smoked dishes from our BBQ Smokers based on recipes from our award winning BBQ chefs.
