With over 20 years experience in the food industry, Conrad has been able to take Caribbean home cooked food to another level. From the street food that he cooked back home in Jamaica on his famous Jerk pan, to the fine Caribbean food with a twist.

Conrad is as an authentic chef, not only does he prepare and cook his food with passion, honesty and love, he doesn't cook from recipes or even measurements and nails it every time!!!
