About Cornell Catering
The Crab Shack offers customers the chance to take advantage of our exciting an innovative Fresh Seafood based menu and pop up mobile Bar. Based in the West Midlands our 2 Chefs have over 40 years of catering experience and expertise to offer.

We currently run The Crab Shack from a New custom built 18ft catering trailer. It has distressed Shack looking outer skin housing the latest in high end catering equipment inside.
We also offer alongside The Crab Shack a fully licensed mobile bar to cater to private and corporate events alike.
Typical Clients
We aim our products towards parties of 60 people and over.
We are regulars on the festival scene but also at home catering at weddings and birthday parties.
