The worst experience of my entire life!
Dreadful. I am now being given professional legal advice. I couldn't bear for this company to ruin anyone else's evening.
- Turned up late.
- Ridiculous amount of staff yet a guest grated her own cheese.
- Drank own alcohol, on site-littered
- Flooded the kitchen and then left.
- Walked through the party singing and sloshing water from the can everywhere.
- Visibly drunk to my guests.
- Paid for 120 pizzas I got less than 90 as 'ran out of bases'
- Had problems in past so insisted on money upfront on the day before the event.
- Played childish games instead of rectifying the situation.
Please do not ruin your special night and receive the 'service' I did. No stars from me.
