A substance over style BBQ concept, looking to bring people back to simple and complimentary flavors using innovative smoking methods. At Cue, we don't believe good food's about complexity but about quality, through simply using fresh ingredients and focusing on where we source our products from we have developed consist and popular products for all to share and love.
The same goes for our meat we only use (American) USDA Beef Brisket because of the huge difference with the end product.

That is why we believe in creating our own powers, sauces, liqueurs,
pickles, brines etc. in-house. This way the Head Chef can truly create the exact flour he wants and keep recreating that same consistency without relying on suppliers or stock etc.
