The food, service and set up was excellent
The only thing I would comment on to improve would be for them not to throw away the food at the end of service. I saw whole trays of chips go straight in a bin bag. These could have been portioned out and left on the tables for later on in the evening. I thought we have paid for x amount and it has been cooked why waste it when it would have been consumed if left.
