Rita and I are originally from Durban, South Africa where outdoor catering and food preparation is a way of life... needless to say, we love what we do and enjoy interacting with our customers.

Hog Roasts... local free range pigs are brilliant, juicy and generally provide heaps of crispy crackling!

Barbecues, specialising in handmade sausages cooked over charcoal fires.

Private parties, anniversaries, company summer parties, weddings, Country shows, beer festivals, barn dances, sports events and food festivals.
We have catered at Victorious Festival, Isle of Wight Garlic Festival, Stomping on the Quomps, the Romsey Show, Ageas Bowl cricket and many others.

We are registered with the Dorset County Council and have a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.
Our public liability insurance is with NMTF and covers us up to £10,000,000.00
