We had 5 members of waiting staff for our wedding reception and they were absolutely fantastic. Arrived promptly, set everything up as per written instructions, were very smart in appearance, worked extremely hard and were helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend them- they were worth their weight in gold! Thank you!

Only worry leading up to event is that it is difficult to get hold of dupre events by phone (which can be a bit disconcerting when you have never used a company before)- however communication via email was fine and I really needn't have worried!

Excellent service would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

We hired 4 members of staff for our wedding reception. Three turned up late to the hall resulting in my ushers having to arrange tables and drinks etc. There was one member of staff that showed the initiative to collect empties and refill people's glasses (her name was Jade and we made sure she knew she was doing a great job - she is largely the reason for the two stars). The other three members of staff however had to be prompted on everything. At one point my best man walked into the kitchen to find them sitting on the side drinking bottles of beer that were obviously meant for the guests. The biggest disappointment though has to be reserved for the guys running the staff. At no point did we get a heads up to say they would be with us on time, despite us calling and leaving messages for them on the day (a little courtesy that would have given me piece of mind). I have also emailed Dupre Events directly to let them know of the dissatisfaction I'm feeling but so far no response. The fact I'm writing this review on my honeymoon really goes to show that I'd really recommend looking elsewhere for event staff.

Staff where amazing- everyone commented on how friendly they were and they helped with the tidying of the bar as well which really helped us. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone :)

James and Chloe were excellent yesterday- what lovely young people. They worked hard, were great fun, followed my instructions carefully, were cheerful and attentive. They deserve lots of praise. Thankyou. I couldn't have managed our party without them.

The security staff supplied was excellent. 2 were booked and only 1 turned up but we understand the other had a very good reason, as his wife went into labour, but the one that did come made up for 2 in any case and we would thoroughly recommend. The bar staff were good too.
