Edacious is a new, innovative, "Pasta&Prosecco" catering company specialising in creative handmade pasta dishes, each matched with a unforgettable glass of prosecco. Edacious founder, professional chef Nick Whitaker has worked alongside some of the great chefs in the culinary world and was previously working at the prestigious Michelin starred Fera at Claridge’s.

Nick has now formed Edacious and using his knowledge and skill has created a menu which consists of modern pasta dishes. An innovative, seasonal, tight menu is run to ensure the best quality is served every time.

Edacious is Eco Friendly – all our bowls, forks, knives and cups are compostable, and our ethos is to say good riddance to bad rubbish!
