It makes me sad to hear you were not happier with my performance, when on the day you said everything was fine!
Volume - I could have turned the volume up if you had only asked on the day. I am always mindful of children's hearing as they are sitting at the front and adults further back. The children seemed to enjoy the show as they were keen to get up and assist. It is always difficult to get an atmosphere at an outdoor venue with so much play equipment to distract the children. To have that many stay at the front shows that they were engaged.
Communication - I confirmed all we agreed either by text or email. I was the one who had to chase you for the deposit, a week after it was due!
