The Fodder Van is a vintage Peugeot food truck operating at markets in and around Bristol and North Somerset. We can also offer a very flexible and accommodating private dining and events service. From intimate dinner parties to weddings, we can offer a variety of options to suit your event. Fred has experience in Michelin standard restaurants in the UK and Asia and private cheffing experience in the UK, Europe, US and Asia. And we can work with your ideas to provide different options to suit your event whether it be canapes, street food or something in between!

All food is freshly prepared to order and all accompaniments are handmade. We are committed to sustainability and only use compostable packaging. All our ingredients are responsibly sourced and we prefer to use locally sourced seasonal produce wherever possible.
