Awful service and went AWOL.
Dirty table cloths and dirty carpet. Carpet had cigarette burns in it. We ordered black table cloths and carpet but were given white cloths and red carpet. We were told that these would be changed for us the next day and that missing items (bar tables and an uplighter) would also be delivered but these never arrived and nobody picked up calls at office or on Mark's mobile. Nobody picked up or got in touch until a week after collection date. My dad and elderly grandad had to take down the marquee (it's heavy!) by themselves as the wind was making it knock into our conservatory and we were afraid of damage. When they did come to collect it, they were rude and laughed at the fact that we were annoyed at the service we received. Never again!
