Our founder is a highly experienced award winning head chef having worked in hospitality and events catering for the last 25 years. We can cater for any event, big or small, formal and informal. For festivals and functions, parties and product launches. Our team are uniquely experienced in the live events and conference industry and are committed to sterling levels of customer service.

What's our food like?
We specialise in Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, but that’s not all we offer! We have a wide range of different menu’s to suit any event. Being based in North Staffordshire means we also like to provide North Staffordshire Oatcakes! All our produce is at a very high standard, and our food is always freshly cooked from locally sourced ingredients where possible.

Why did we start our business?
Our founder wanted to be his own boss! Having run restaurant, hotel and casino kitchens for years he decided to take the plunge into launching his own outside catering business to include the demanding world of short order cooking for festivals and events from a converted horse box! Enlisting the help of his accountant wife as financial director and brother in law as creative director, he knew it would be a family business legacy for his Daughters, Niece and Nephews.
