From our first interactions with Uzo and his team, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. More than happy to answer any small questions, and really wishing to make the event a success, all the way down to arranging his own site visit of the venue to plan his activities.
And let me tell you, the portion sizes? AMAZING. Quality? AMAZING. And the crackling? Yeah, I'm going to specifically review the crackling. Best we've ever had. Without a doubt.
We had a full Hog Roast, with burgers, peri peri chicken, veggie burgers, chips, salad, the list goes on. And it was all amazing. Unlike other events I've attended, there was no fear of anything running out as everything had been thought of and planned.
10/10 would recommend every time.
