Total dedication, firstly to overcome serious access problems, an efficient set-up, then quiet, dedicated attention to detail and time-keeping. Phenomenal meat served calmly without fuss; cheerful talk and smiling service. True professionals disguised as super-friendly folk. Could not give them more highly-worded praise. Thoroughly deserved. They packed up and stole away in the dusk of the evening without a sound, leaving no trace of their presence apart from a neatly-packed parcel of remaining succulent meat that 150 enthusiastic guests had failed to polish off. If you are contemplating employing them, do not hesitate. Book them. Now!
