I am highly skilled in devising and implementing programs based Food & stock, quality control, equipment hygienically clean and Working hands-on Food Safety Plan in accordance with the laws and regulations.

We can do juice in many different dimension. It is depend on your tasty and what is your target. We can discuss in detail. As you can see our VAN is ECCENTRIC AND FUNNY. We can prepare juice and small glass with a range of color between three to six. The result is STUNNING.
As a food we make HOME MADE PIZZA DOUGH, ORGANIC and plant base. They are exceptional and most part of the ingredients are local. All the ingredient that we use are the best quality and organic in order to realize the best result.
All the MATERIAL that we use is BIODEGRADABLE, also the cup, this is to protect us, our future generation and the planet.
Our dough and ingredient respect the ANCIENT PREPARATION METHOD because they are sustained by RESEARCH, STUDY and COMMITMENT. The ancient made the preparation with the MOTHER DOUGH (sourdough), used the WHOLE FLOUR and mixed it with HAND. These are the elements that make a product a great traditional product. Furthermore all the ingredient that we use are organic, this is means that they will have an extremely positive impact for your health and, nevertheless, the quality of the flavor.

LIVE HEARTH: tomato, cheese, olive oil, zucchini, eggplant and capsicum.
GREEN LIFE: basil, cheese, oilve oil, peanuts, spinach and basil pesto.
We prepare some exclusive pizza if request. It can be variated based on the season.
Delightful Saltinbocca (they are an old and traditional napolitan focaccia cooked in 2 to 3 minutes)
ZEN: "bacon", six seeds, tomato, shallots, spinach and mayo.
BLUE SEA: "Tuna", celery, red onion, capers, maionese, pepper and spinach or kale.
ANCIENT FARMER: fresh tomato, cheese, basil, oregano, shallots and olive oil.
We prepare some exclusive focaccia if request. It can be variated based on the season.
