Most of the products will be prepared at home (2-3 different sauces, bechamel, fresh pasta) and served at the location.
Wide range of vegetarian products and possibly vegan and gluten-free.

Enjoy a nice and healthy meal as a take-away, making pasta the new street food.
Point of sale will be: small street market-exhibition-festival, catering for private events, office-walking area, tourist area.
Possibility of home delivery during a fixed day of the week (ex. Monday).

To guarantee a traditional and fresh plate of pasta & lasagna is the objective of this food business. Following italian modern recipes,
I will mix fresh ingredients to prepare delicious sauces for my pasta.
Main ingredients will be fresh pasta, rice, flour, gluten-free flour, meat, possibly fish, any kind of vegetables (onion, garlic, tomatoes, courgette).
