About Kate and Pepe's Vintage Afternoon Teas
Kate and Pepe's Afternoon teas provide a bespoke afternoon tea, cream tea, canapes and ice cream tricycle for your events covering Beds, Bucks, Cambs, Northants and Herts.
Pepe is our 1979 vintage Peugeot J7 van restored to a high standard. We take Pepe to your venue and he draws quite a crowd! We can serve either waited at tables or from Pepe's serving hatch.
We also have a tricycle ice cream cart which is stocked with locally produced, high quality ice cream. If booked with our afternoon tea service we provide a discount on the two.
Staff attending your event can also be attired in period clothes from the 1940's through to the 1960's.
We specialise in hen parties, weddings, private functions and event catering.

Fantastic service
Kate provided afternoon tea for 15 guests in my parents home to celebrate their Diamond Anniversary. All communications were prompt, pleasant and clear. She arrived in good time to meet my parents and prepare the for the guests arrival. The food was beautifully presented and really quite delicious. Kate was on hand to serve drinks throughout the sitting and cleared up afterwards without any fuss, allowing my parents to enjoy the company of their friends and family to the full. Excess food was carefully packed up and refrigerated for later.
This was a very enjoyable event right from initial contact. It was a pleasure to have Kate in the house - all the guests commented on her lovely manner and delightful tea. A firm recommendation.
