By abandoning the notion of 'set menus' and making everything ourselves we are able to craft you the menu you want and we've redefined what is 'normal' for wedding catering across Central England.

A BBC Master Chef contestant, Karen Kemp is a natural cook, full of fresh ideas and amazing combinations that work. Her own favourite dish is a griddled free-range chicken, stuffed with handfuls of fresh herbs and lemons. She makes the skin naughty and crispy; serving the dish with a simple salad of mixed leaves and fresh crusty bread, or perfect crunchy roasties. Whatever you choose, Karen's mission is to give your food the 'wow' factor.
