La Raclette

We are a mother and daughter team and love cheese which is where the inspiration has come from. We love watching people when we scrape the melted cheese over their chosen dish and we have found it is a real crowd gatherer.

We have found at the events we have attended it is a real talking point and a lot of the customers are through word of mouth as most people want to watch and video/photograph the scraping of the cheese.
We also offer a baked Camembert but have found the Raclette is the most popular by far.
